Living Areas

Relax and chill out in the large comfy leather settee’s and a big open fire in the living room, There’s digital satellite TV, DVD player (loads of DVD’s), IPod station and wireless broadband. The view from the window is of Caddon Bank with its awesome berms, bombholes and tabletops.

 
Kitchen

A large kitchen/dining room with a gas hob, electric ovens, fridges, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board (handy!)

 
There is a big dining table where you can get together to discuss the day’s events or to watch the flat screen TV over a beer or two.

Bathroom

A large bathroom on the ground floor with a big walk in shower and facilities for everybody to use.
 

 
Heating

Full gas central heating throughout and an open log/coal fire in the living room and bedroom 1 to keep you warm on the coldest of day’s.

 
Bedrooms

There are 4 large and very comfy bedrooms. After a hard day’s riding you need a good sleep and we think the quality of the beds will do the job. 3 bedrooms are en-suite and all have linen and towels.

Bedroom 1 – This is on the ground floor and can be either a twin or a double room. A flat screen in one corner and a real log fire and from the window there is a great view of Caddon bank.

 
Bedroom 2 – Again on the ground floor and can be either a twin or a double room. It has an en-suite shower room and flat screen TV.

 
Bedroom 3 – Ground floor and has 2 comfy adult bunk beds sleeping 4 people. There is an en-suite shower room and flat screen TV 

 
Bedroom 4 – This bedroom is huge and has a double bed and two beds which can be either single, double or a cosy twin. There is an en-suite bathroom with a large bath to take away the aches and pains from the day’s events.

 

 
There are extra guest beds which are yours to use if you need them.


Outside

The bike store is a place where you can store, repair, service, tinker or even fettle with your bike(s). It’s very secure and has plenty of space for all your bikes and equipment. There are workstands and plenty of tools for that all important fettle. The garage also has a pressure washer to get the mud off and have yourself and your bike looking nice and shiny for the next ride.

 
Behind the bike store is the drying room where along with the tumble dryer there is plenty of space and storage to leave your wet and muddy gear to dry overnight

 
Barbeque, A proper BBQ for all use all year round, head along to Keddies the butchers for some sausages and burgers and then to the corner shop for some bananas and a flake or two. Great on the Barbie.

The front of the house has a lawn for a kick-about with the ball. The back is decked out with a large table and some benches for seating and eating.

 
Plenty of parking to the side and the front of the house. Please use the roadside parking.

There’s a log store with kindling, wood and coal for the fire.

We can organise demo hire and bike hire with bikes available for all ages and abilities, from kiddies bikes to £5K+ full suspension race machines.

Whether your a beginner or an expert we would highly recommend a days guiding or a morning or afternoon lessons at MB7, Dirtschool, Hub Essentials or Transcend Trail Academy. These are great for for all levels and show you the best of what the Tweed Valley has to offer or a trick or two to ensure you get the most from the trails and your bike.

If your anything like us you will always be maintaining, upgrading or fettling with your bikes. We can organise a maintenance session or classes during your stay, These come highly recommended and are a great way to learn how to set the bike up correctly for the downhill or XC trails or even just knowing how to mend a puncture when out on the trails.

If you have been out all day on the bike and just want a beer and put your feet up the last thing your thinking about is servicing the bike for tomorrow. How about letting somebody else do it? We can arrange for evening bike servicing so you know the bike will be in pristine condition when you head out the next day.

We can organise and recommend restaurants, places to visit, taxi’s, airport transfers, just lets us know.
